Our Story

Trajex Digital Marketing strives to help business owners connect with customers, build their audience, and improve their online presence by developing their digital marketing strategy, including paid social, email and SMS marketing, analytics tracking, and innovative ad campaigns utilizing top-shelf ad copy, graphics, and messaging. The company began as a humor page started by two best friends on Facebook, which grew rapidly from 0 to 8000 followers over the course of 18 months, and continues to expand. Following the success of that page, Trajex was set up to help today's brands achieve the same success in their own marketing campaigns.

Our Team

Tyler Smith

CEO

Tyler drives growth at Trajex by designing innovative and precise marketing campaigns for our clients. By approving only industry-leading ad copy and relying on the highest quality of conversion-driven analytics, he ensures that when companies choose to spend their advertising dollars with Trajex, they are never disappointed. Tyler has worked in various fields, including human services, fundraising, and aquarium service management. Passionate about both customer service and the written word, Tyler has a proven track record of doing whatever is needed to meet client needs. He holds a degree in Psychology from Houghton College.

Noah Miller

Account Manager

Noah Miller is our main point of contact for all of our clients. Noah works directly with our clients to identify goals and develop strategies to achieve them. He also has a knack for branding and web design and holds a degree in Marketing from Houghton College. In college, Noah successfully founded and managed a student-run design studio as a full-time student from 2018-2019.

Caleb Smith

CFO

Caleb Smith is our financial wizard, helping us achieve and demonstrate maximum ROI for clients. His technical skills and keen eye for numbers have made him a critical member of the Trajex executive team as we continue to grow. Caleb is currently pursuing a Master's in Finance from Texas A&M and holds a degree in Business Administration from Houghton College.

Rachel Mackall

Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Rachel Mackall is our social media expert, focused on keeping our clients' social accounts consistent and trending. With over 3+ years of experience as a virtual assistant and social media manager, she has worked with one of Hollywood's top PR Managers and Acting Coaches. She focuses on bringing organic engagement, and leads. In the past, she has increased audience reach by 232% and increased audience engagement by 77.8% using organic marketing ideas for social media. Rachel will bring her creative solutions for integration, strategic planning, and social marketing evaluations for your business.
